Refund & Cancellation

At TRIMPLE CLOTHING, we want every order to feel right when it lands. If something doesn't, here's how we handle it — clearly, predictably, and within reasonable timeframes.

1. Order Cancellation

By the customer

You may cancel your order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. To cancel:

• Email care@trimpleclothing.com with your order number
• Or call +91 87963 65585 (10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat)

Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled — it must follow the return process below.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

• Stock unavailability after order placement
• Payment failure or pending payment beyond 24 hours
• Suspected fraud or invalid contact details
• Pricing errors caused by technical glitches
• Inability to deliver to the entered pincode

In such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund (if paid) will be issued within 7 business days.

2. Returns Policy

Eligible items

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged items — torn fabric, broken zips, stitching defects
• Defective items — manufacturing flaws, wrong colour, wrong size shipped
• Wrong product — different from the one ordered

Non-returnable items

• Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Customised, altered, or made-to-order garments
• Items with removed tags, washed items, or items showing signs of wear

Return window

Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be entertained.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email care@trimpleclothing.com with your order number, product name, reason, and clear photographs of the issue
2. Our team responds within 24–48 hours with approval and pickup details
3. Pack the item securely with all original tags, labels, and packaging
4. Reverse pickup is arranged within 2–4 business days through our courier partner
5. Once received and inspected, the refund is initiated

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are initiated immediately. Bank processing time depends on your bank.

Partial refunds: Items returned without original packaging, tags, or showing signs of use may be refunded partially or rejected at our discretion.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a size or product, please return the original item and place a fresh order. This ensures faster delivery of your replacement.

6. COD Handling Fee

The ₹49 COD handling fee is non-refundable as it covers third-party cash collection charges. The product cost is fully refundable as per the policy above.

7. Shipping Charges on Returns

• Damaged/defective/wrong items: Reverse shipping is free; original shipping is also refunded
• Customer-initiated returns (where applicable): Original shipping charge is non-refundable

8. Failed Deliveries & Refusals

If a COD order is refused at delivery, or if the customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts:

• The order is returned to our warehouse
• Future COD orders from the same address may be restricted
• The customer may be charged actual courier costs incurred (round-trip)

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please contact our Grievance Officer via the Grievance Redressal page. We respond within 48 hours and resolve genuine grievances within 15 days.
