1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST as applicable.
• Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing or description errors may occur. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.
• Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and natural fabric dyeing variations.

3. Orders & Payment

Order placement

An order is considered placed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payment methods

• UPI: Confirmed instantly via webhook from MMADPay (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available pan-India with a non-refundable handling fee of ₹49 added to the order total

Order ID format

Each order is assigned a unique alphanumeric order ID prefixed with TRM. This ID is used for all tracking, support, and communication.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, charges, and timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• Flat ₹79 shipping on orders below ₹999
• Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days, depending on location
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return and refund policy is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points:

• Cancellation allowed before dispatch (typically within 24 hours of order)
• Returns accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items only — within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Innerwear, customised, and clearance items are non-returnable

6. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reproduce, copy, or scrape any content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or server
• Interfere with or disrupt website functionality, security, or other users
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts (except verified search engine crawlers)
• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment instruments

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the TRIMPLE name and logo, product photography, written descriptions, designs, and code — is the property of TRIMPLE CLOTHING and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Accounts & Communication

If you provide your email and phone number at checkout, you consent to receive transactional communication (order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery notifications). You may opt out of marketing communication at any time by emailing care@trimpleclothing.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government action, courier strikes, pandemics)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIMPLE CLOTHING and its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

12. Grievance Redressal

For any grievance regarding our products, services, or these Terms, please refer to our Grievance Redressal Policy. Our designated Grievance Officer responds within 48 hours.

13. Modifications
